Pall Mall is a strong and pleasant flavored tobacco cigarette made by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in Winston-Salem, USA. This brand is very famous throughout the world with millions of consumers both in the United States and the European continent. Pall Mall cigarettes were first introduced in the market by the tobacco company named Butler & Butler, but the brand was sold to the American Tobacco Company in the year 1907. Later in 1994, Pall Mall brand of cigarettes were bought by Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation and in the year 2004 this company merger with the tobacco giant R.J. Reynolds Company.

Pall Mall cigarettes were the most sought after cigarette brand and the bestselling brand in the United States during the 1960's. The makers of this brand introduced a new premium variety known as "King Size" which became a huge hit and riding on its success the brand later launched the "Long" variety of cigarettes, which were 100 mm long. This new entrant was famous for few years but the sales started falling after Winston cigarettes started dominating the cigarette market. From being the best, Pall Mall cigarettes slowly became one of the many quality cigarette brands.

Pall Mall was the one of the only brands of cigarettes that can boast of flawless taste and smooth smoke. However, in 1997, filtered Pall Mall cigarettes were introduced and marketed.
